Pressure cleaning

Years of moss, grime and flaking paint stripped back so whatever goes on next actually bonds. The least glamorous part of the job, and the part that decides the finish.

Leak detection & repair

We find where the water is genuinely getting in, which is rarely where the stain on your ceiling suggests, and fix the cause.

Rebedding & repointing

Cracked bedding and perished pointing along the ridges and hips replaced, so every cap is held properly instead of sitting on crumbling mortar.

Valley replacement

The valleys carry more water than anything else on the roof. Old irons out, new ones in, tiles reset over the top.

Sealed, weatherproof and back to doing its job

Seal & paint coatings

Sealed, then two coats of a membrane chosen for a coastal climate. Salt air is hard on a roof and a cheap coating shows it within a couple of summers.
